Full Scope OBGYN generalist
New Graduates welcome
We are currently seeking a OBGYN generalist to join our team in beautiful southern California, just south of San Diego!
Details: $300k+ base starting Salary; sign bonus; moving expenses
Busy Clinic schedule of up to 35 patient's per day1 OR day per week with 3 - 5 cases based on patient acuity1 24 hour OB CALL week day assignment1 48 hour OB CALL weekend assignment per month
Holiday OB CALL required
VAC 20 days per calendar year
RVU bonus available
New grads welcome
Oral Boards achievement Year 2 - 3 w/ $10k salary increase for completion
Additional 5 days time off for board prep / up to $5k towards board prep course(s)
Partnership consideration Available after Year 3
We would like to do an initial 3 year contract with an option for 2 more years
