Full‑Time 1.0 FTE Podiatrist (DPM) – Otay Ranch Clinic, San Diego, California

SRSMG has 19 clinic locations and over 700 board‑certified primary and specialty care providers across San Diego communities.

Our thriving multi‑specialty medical group practice in beautiful San Diego, CA is seeking a dedicated podiatrist to join our collaborative medical group.

• Salary Range Approx: $230,000–$430,000+ (may include productivity/bonuses; compensation subject to the department/division plans; additional information discussed during recruitment)
• Full comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, paid sick time, paid CME, paid malpractice coverage, pension plans, 401(k), and more
• 2‑year shareholder track
• PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligible
• Flexible weekly schedule with option to choose from a 4‑day or 4.5‑day work week (full time considered 34 hours/week) with shared call (3–4 days in clinic at SRS Otay Ranch and 1 day per week at Sharp Memorial Hospital)
• Inpatient work at Sharp Memorial Hospital
• Must be comfortable with forefoot as well as hindfoot surgeries
• Average 24–30 patients per day in clinic with minor procedures
• EPIC EMR utilized system‑wide
• Board Certification/Board Eligibility required in Podiatry
