*** All applicants must have a 30 DAY SUBSTITUTE TEACHING PERMIT or have been issued a "Temporary County Certificated" by the SDCOE in order to be considered and Clearinghouse Fingerprinted.

All required documents, including a copy of your credential demonstrating eligibility for the pool, must be scanned, and attached to your Ed-Join application prior to applying to the eligibility pool. PDF format is recommended. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• Credential Copy (Copy of Certificate of Clearance OR 30 Day Substitute Permit)
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (A minimum of 2, dated within past year)

Submitting your application does NOT place you on our sub list. Additional clearance is required and will be handled by our district when you are contacted for processing.
