Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing production systems to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
- Design and implement automated and manual systems
- Develop and test production procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Train staff on new manufacturing processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Familiarity with safety and environmental standards
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
- Prior experience in a similar role
