Senior Program Manager, G400 Integration Lead; Onsite

Integration Lead – Aerostructures Headquarters

Location: Chula Vista, CA (Hybrid, primarily onsite)

Employment Type: Full‑time

• Direct all program phases from inception through completion.
• Interface with customers to define project specifications and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
• Coordinate negotiation, proposals, business plans, budgets, and contracts for programs.
• Establish cost‑focused performance targets and direct work to meet them.
• Own and manage the integrated master schedule through program certification.
• Travel up to 20‑25% domestically and internationally.

• University degree or advanced degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or minimum 7 years with an advanced degree.
• Project‑management experience and proficiency with MS Project.
• Preferred experience with Earned Value Management and engineering background.
• Strong understanding of process tracking and performance measurement.
