What You Will Do- Create and maintain project plans ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and program events are logically linked, fully resourced, and kept current throughout the project lifecycle, including structured breakdown of work to support effective work package management.
- Perform detailed schedule analysis, including critical path evaluation, schedule variance analysis, risk identification, and “what‑if” scenario modeling.
- Facilitate program reviews, status meetings, and cross‑functional communications, ensuring timely escalation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Track project milestones, resource utilization, risks, actions, and deliverables.
- Communicate updates clearly through written reports and verbal updates to program managers, engineers, and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing schedule fidelity, program execution efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable company policies, quality standards, engineering processes, and external requirements.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience supporting or managing projects in a professional setting.
- Experience with MS Project and MS Office for effective planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience may be obtained through on the job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- Project Engineer experience.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Disciplined, methodical, hardworking, detail‑oriented and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, maintaining quality execution and composure.
