• Provide world class member service to members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Provide detailed information and promote credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Process transactions in savings, consumer loans, real estate loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Handle complex situations in specialty area of expertise.
• Act as lead to assist branch management in branch functioning.
• Provide suggestions for streamlining department and credit union operations.
• Assist with completing projects and reports related to the department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Deliver world class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance.
• Provide consultative services, assess member needs, address concerns and gain agreement.
• Assist branch with training of new team members and cross‑training of existing team members in area of specialty.
• Act as department resource for complex payroll processes, ATM card issues, EFT transactions, and checking account problems.
• Provide assistance on trusts, IRAs, deceased, legal, and sensitive account issues.
• Provide assistance and information on real estate products and services; refer applicants as necessary.
• Act as department resource for more complex real estate transactions.
• Possess thorough knowledge of complex savings products and processes including IRAs, deceased and legal; basic knowledge of real estate loan process.
• Assist branch team with face‑to‑face discussions regarding disputed loan decisions.
• Assist team and members with complex loan requests and transactions.
• Analyze consumer loan applications and relevant data.
• Process new memberships, additional share accounts, savings services, loan requests and loan fundings as requested.
• Comply with regulatory compliance and training requirements including BSA regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of previous related experience required.
• Less than 1 year of MSR III experience preferred.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
