Our company is positioned to grow exponentially in the coming years, and we are looking for an upbeat, friendly, dedicated, results-driven, rock-star Front Office Assistant to join our team and help us provide exemplary service and support to our patients and clients.
Responsibilities- Greet and check-in patients when they arrive to the office.
- Have patient complete required forms, obtain necessary signatures, and accurately enter the patient information for registration.
- Ensure all insurance, personal, and health information is obtained and verified prior to each patient's appointment.
- Maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
- Respond to a heavy volume of incoming calls for appointments and other requests.
- Collect patient co-payments, deductibles, and prior balances.
- Explain payment policy/billing procedures and financial responsibility to patients.
- Prepare and properly file patient forms.
- Balance daily monies and receipts, and ensure accuracy of fee tickets and batch summaries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization
- Efficient time management, particularly in high-pressure scenarios, while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Simple math skills using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to grasp computer systems quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Two or more years of medical office experience - Physical Therapy Clinic or Medical Office Management are a plus

$18.00 - $21.00 Hourly
