• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, especially in home care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely and effectively.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Background check and drug screening required.
