Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
PACE Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time
Southern California - San Diego, CA

Schedule:

Monday
-Friday, 8:00 AM
-5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $43.00- $56.00 (DOE)

Requirements:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in CA
  • PAM certification strongly preferred
  • 1+ year OT experience with geriatric population
  • CA driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Position Summary:

This role plays a key part in helping older adults maintain their independence by developing and implementing personalized therapy plans. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with the elderly and thrives in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess participants’ physical and functional capabilities
  • Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Implement and oversee therapeutic activities and interventions
  • Provide training to participants and caregivers on adaptive equipment
  • Monitor, document, and report participant progress
  • Perform home, facility, or site visits as needed
  • Collaborate with IDT members to ensure quality, coordinated care
  • Educate and train other staff as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with PACE, CMS, and DHCS regulations
  • Maintain appropriate therapy equipment and supplies
