Marriott Hotels - Up to $68994.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of all aspects of events to include planning, day to day coordination and exit strategies.;
Verify on-site delivery of hotel products and services according to conference group plans resulting in a positive meeting experience.;
Advise client on current status of events and functions; coordinate changes; prepare program documents (BEOs, pass on reports).;
Collaborate with Conference planning team to identify and resolve issues; attend planning visits and internal meetings.;
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate event details to client and property operations; respond to guest problems.
