This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who wants real courtroom work, client responsibility, and control over his or her career.
What You’ll Do:- Handle contested probate and trust matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Appear in probate court and law & motion hearings
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations and trial preparation
- Work directly with clients and experts
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Probate/trust experience preferred (civil litigators welcome)
- Strong writing, advocacy, and judgment
