Probate & Trust Litigation Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Handle contested probate and trust matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Appear in probate court and law & motion hearings

• Take and defend depositions

• Participate in mediations and trial preparation

• Work directly with clients and experts

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Bar license

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Probate/trust experience preferred (civil litigators welcome)

• Strong writing, advocacy, and judgment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $88,000.00+ (DOE)
