Job Summary:

We are seeking a Materials Coordinator to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and maintain inventory levels

* Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials

* Process purchase orders and invoices

* Generate reports on inventory status and usage

* Collaborate with production teams to forecast material needs

* Resolve any supply chain issues promptly

Qualifications:

* Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

* 2+ years of experience in materials coordination or supply chain management

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Proficiency in inventory management software

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
