We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team. This full-time associate position is located in Bakersfield, CA and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on inventory management and supply chain operations. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory levels across multiple locations
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Process purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
