We are seeking a Material Coordinator (Inventory Specialist) to join our team. This position is responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating material flow, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments
• Generate inventory reports and analysis
• Implement inventory control procedures
• Assist with inventory audits and physical counts

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of inventory control methodologies
