AFC Urgent Care is the leading Urgent Care brand with over 300 locations nationwide, providing high‑quality patient‑centered healthcare. We are seeking a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Team in San Diego, California.
Compensation & Schedule- Hourly Rate: $67‑$73
- Typically 2‑3 workdays per week, 10‑12 hour shifts with pre‑approved overtime
- Scheduling options: 12 shifts monthly 8am‑8pm
- Additional bi‑weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds

- Unrestricted medical license in California

- Ability to treat patients of all ages and perform minor procedures such as suturing lacerations or draining abscesses
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
