Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity

We are looking for a part‑time Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife at our Chula Vista Health Center.

This role is full‑time and fully benefited at 32 hours/week with a schedule of 4 days with 8‑hour shifts.

This has the following schedule, based on a 2 week rotation:
Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday;
Week 2:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Please note:

there is one shift every week that will be scheduled at our Euclid Avenue Health Center.

Bring your passion for reproductive healthcare to life by providing high‑quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. You’ll also be a go‑to medical resource, supporting and empowering both licensed and non‑licensed team members.

This role is designed for licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Nurse Midwives licensed in the state of California.

Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care.
