Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a 6-month temporary assignment
. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a professional clinical environment. This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts.

• Shift Options (Rotating):
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Shift rotation required; work hours may vary based on operational needs.

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and patient safety protocols.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers or equivalent CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association.

• Bilingual skills are not required.

• Bill Rate Range: $80.46-$103.34 per hour
• Standard Bill Rate: $91.06 per hour (based on approximately five years of relevant RN experience)
