Sharp Chula Vista ICU is the largest in the South Bay, offering high-acuity care for cardiovascular, neurology and multi-system conditions. This RN role focuses on direct and indirect patient care, triage and critical thinking under a supportive leadership team.
Shift pattern is 7 PM–7:30 AM with a 12/36 hour requirement, every other weekend. Eligible hires may receive sign-on and relocation incentives; strong clinical leadership and a collaborative environment are emphasized.
