Sharp Health Care in San Diego, CA is seeking an LVN for a full-time role with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift. Weekend on-call is every other weekend per the SEIU-UHW CBA.
The position requires valid CA LVN license, BLS, and IV therapy/blood withdrawal certification. Under RN supervision, you will perform individualized nursing care, collect assessment data, participate in planning and implement interventions, and educate patients and families about the Plan of Care and planned treatments.
