The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at Lens Crafters every time. The role of Sales Associate helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (target host partners).
• Take pride in the appearance of the store, showing initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy.
• Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Pay Range: 17.60 – 24.62

This posting is for an existing vacancy. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. Additional compensation may include a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complementing a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
