Stanton Optical Floating Assistant Sales Manager

As a Stanton Optical Floating Assistant Sales Manager, you would be a sales leader, assisting the Sales Manager and Brand Manager at the assigned stores in executing action plans to drive sales performance within a team environment.

Our Floating Assistant Sales Managers assist customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude to achieve the highest quality of customer satisfaction. As part of our team, you will be developed and empowered to take responsibility for additional duties to prepare you for the next step in your career.

$17 to $21 / hour, plus 2% commission on all personal sales

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience at the assigned stores.
• Support Sales Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish the following objectives:
  Perform pre-testing as needed; support training, coaching, and development of retail associates; analyze reports to ensure staff is achieving desired goals; resolve customer issues and increase satisfaction; communicate and execute company standards; assume responsibility for other duties.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned and required.

• Retail management experience of at least one year in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in a secondary leadership role or managed small sales teams.
• Demonstrated outstanding sales performance throughout retail career.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Adaptability in adjusting to changing priorities, business needs, and plans.
• Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.

• Are you knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs, etc.
• Optical experience is a plus.
