Orange theory Fitness in Chula Vista is hiring a Lead Sales Associate/Membership Advisor to drive studio revenue and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead the sales team, manage appointments, and work toward monthly renewal goals in a collaborative, fitness-focused environment.
The role requires a minimum 30 hours per week with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, strong customer service, and solid communication. Base pay is $18/hour with bonuses and incentives.
