Chula Vista, CA 91910 – Inter‑Con Security Systems, Inc. is hiring a full‑time Unarmed Bank Security Officer. The position starts immediately and offers competitive hourly pay.

Salary Range: $19.00 – $21.00 Hourly

• Guard bank buildings and protect personnel, assets, and property.
• Screen visitors, maintenance workers, vendors, couriers, and other personnel to confirm authorized entry.
• Ensure all outgoing personnel have necessary property, equipment, or packages.
• Respond to emergency conditions and take corrective action under supervisor direction.
• Enforce all post orders and adhere to general orders.
• Assist customers, employees, visitors, emergency responders, and others as required.
• Patrol bank premises.
• Perform duties of a Fire Guard or Fire Safety Director as needed.
• Prepare incident reports detailing all information and actions taken.

• At least 21 years old (USA Only). Age exception approved by regional security director.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Physical ability to respond to emergencies and render aid.
• Read, write, and converse clearly in English.
• Customer focused with good telephone skills.
• Practice normal hygiene and personal cleanliness; neat appearance.
• Completed state certification and licensing, as required.
• Satisfactory drug test, criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and annual first aid/CPR/AED certification.
• One (1) year prior security officer experience. Law enforcement or military experience may substitute.
• Be a certified Fire Guard, if applicable; obtain certification as a Fire Safety Director if required.
