EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION
PURPOSE:
We are an established, low-turnover residential construction company seeking a skilled Construction Trade Specialist
-Plaster 3 technician with at least three years of hands‑on experience in interior and exterior plaster work. The ideal candidate will specialize in patching, surface restoration, and smooth finish applications, delivering high‑quality results that meet our professional standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform plaster patching and repair on walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces.
- Apply smooth and uniform plaster finishes ready for paint or decorative textures.
- Mix and match plaster materials to achieve consistent color and texture.
- Inspect surfaces and prepare substrates for new plaster applications.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and ensure safety compliance.
- Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with project supervisors and other trades to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in plaster patching and smooth finish work.
- Strong knowledge of plaster materials, mixes, and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
Special Position Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy.
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, using a ladder and lifting (25-60) lbs.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday from approx. 8:00am-4:30pm
- This position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs, including being available for emergency needs.
