• Precision Order Picking: utilize handheld scanning technology to identify, verify, and select exact items from robotic shelving units, ensuring perfect order accuracy.
• Strategic Packing: select the optimal box size, apply protective dunnage, securely tape the package, and affix the final shipping label.
• Continuous Quality Assurance: act as the final set of eyes, identifying damaged packaging or mislabeled items before they leave the facility.

We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds throughout a standard 10‑to‑12‑hour shift. No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide comprehensive, paid training on all systems and safety protocols.
