Del Amo Motorsports of San Diego – CHULA VISTA, CA 91911. Salary Range: $18.00 – $20.00 hourly. Del Amo Motorsports is a leading Powersports dealership with 8 locations in Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Diego. • Ensure all merchandise received is promptly checked in and stocked according to procedures.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders.
• Shipment and purchase order reconciliation and entry.
• Pack boxes, prepare pallets, and prepare shipments.
• Facilitate shipments by inspecting product upon receipt.
• Select product from warehouse shelves and move to shipping area.
• Professionally package product to ensure safe delivery.
• Prepare final customer invoice.
• Determine the best delivery methods to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal profitability.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Process orders through integrated system software.
• Physically ship and receive product for Customer and Warehouse orders.
• Inventory vehicle parts and input information into Light Speed and/or computer system.
• Complete reports by entering required information.
• Meet and/or exceed time requirements set by Management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity by carefully checking in return goods from customers.
• Complete proper computer processing or paperwork and apply appropriately.
• Acknowledge that all merchandise is in the proper location according to Warehouse design and keep Warehouse organized, clean, clutter-free, and safe at all times.
• Understand and be able to perform all Warehousing and distribution duties efficiently.
• Safeguard company property.
• Prioritize and schedule daily activities of the shipping and receiving departments.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintain department stock and inventory.
• Maintain department needs for the dealership and customers.
• Familiarity with motorcycle industry parts and trends.
• Keep current on trends and new products in the industry.
• Abide by dealership policies pertaining to the department, including general housekeeping.
• Follow company dress codes and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department and the dealership.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all Managers, Employees, and Departments.

• Prefer some computer literacy.
• Prefer interest and experience in Motorsports industry.
• Prior experience in Shipping & Receiving.

• Minimum 2+ years of Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Creative problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
• Expert software skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.

This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.
