Tätigkeiten
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Compliance und finanzielle Governance
- Steuerung von Budget, Forecasts und Mehrjahresplanung inklusive P&L, Bilanz, Cashflow, OPEX und CAPEX
- Analyse der finanziellen Performance sowie Management- und Board-Reporting
- Verantwortung für Abschlüsse, Revision sowie steuer- und mehrwertsteuerrelevante Themen
- Liquiditätsplanung, Treasury, Bankbeziehungen und finanzielle Verantwortung für öffentliche Subventionen
- Finanzielle Begleitung von Investitionen, Business Cases, Campusentwicklungsprojekten und strategischen Initiativen
- Führung des Finance-Teams sowie Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft D365, Reporting, Automatisierung und Finanzprozessen
- Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, davon mehrere Jahre in einer leitenden Finanzfunktion
- Hochschulabschluss in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Breite Erfahrung in Accounting, Controlling, Planung, Treasury und Governance
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung, Budgetierung, Forecasting, Performance Management und Investitionsrechnung
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und fundierte ERP-Erfahrung;
Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Power BI von Vorteil - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse;
Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil - Strategische und hands-on orientierte Arbeitsweise, Führungskompetenz, Business-Partner-Mentalität und klare Kommunikation
