Hans Im Glück in Chur sucht eine motivierte und durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit als stellvertretende Betriebsleitung mit Schwerpunkt Küche. Du koordinierst operativ Küche und Frontbereich, führst das Küchenteam und bringst Personal- sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Aufgaben gemeinsam mit der Betriebsleitung voran.
2 Tage pro Woche in der Küche, 3 Tage Front- und Administrationsbereich – mit Fokus auf Organisation, Personal und Kostenmanagement.
