As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life‑changing care for children with autism and their families.

- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
- Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
- You will become a
subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them - Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
- A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!

- A deep commitment to show up everyday and be a leader at your center
- High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
