Job Title: Medical Case Documentation Specialist(Onsite)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Work Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday with shift options between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Schedule flexibility is preferred.

Job Description:
The Intake Coordinator / Fulfillment Coordinator supports the processing and organization of incoming medical records and case documentation. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate case information, coordinating internal workflows, and ensuring documentation is handled efficiently within a fast‑paced office setting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, healthcare, or insurance environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Comfortable working in a professional, onsite office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new internal systems
- Dependable, proactive, and collaborative team member
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and log incoming medical records and supporting documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate case information within internal systems
- Assist with intake and fulfillment processes to ensure cases move through the workflow efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify necessary documentation
- Maintain organized records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members
