• Bachelors degree in Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education (Masters preferred)
• Current Educator Certification in DHH (required)
• Proficiency in American Sign Language, with demonstration during the interview
• Experience teaching either Math or Core English
• Track record as a collaborative, adaptable educator
• References and copies of certifications/licenses available for submission

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction to elementary, middle, or high school students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
• Modify and differentiate lessons in Math or Core English to meet individual student needs
• Facilitate communication in the classroom using ASL and support language development
• Collaborate with support staff, specialists, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain clear, consistent documentation and participate in IEP/504 meetings
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
• Travel to assigned school locations within the district, as needed
