A leadership opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) role within a closed-door pharmacy environment focused on long-term care (LTC). This position requires strong expertise in LTC pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance, supporting quality medication management in nursing facility settings.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call responsibilities daily

• Oversee pharmacy operations in compliance with LTC, CMS, DEA, and state board regulations
• Manage medication distribution workflows, including cycle fills, eMAR systems, and medication carts
• Collaborate effectively with consultant pharmacists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Ensure adherence to LTC pharmacy systems such as Prime Care, Docu Track, TCGRx, and Parata
• Provide leadership and operational oversight within a closed-door pharmacy setting

• Active Texas Registered Pharmacist license
• Proven experience in LTC or closed-door pharmacy environments, strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of LTC regulations and pharmacy practices
• Hands‑on familiarity with eMAR systems and LTC pharmacy technology

• Annual salary range of $135,000 $ 150,000, commensurate with experience
