In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, oversee nursing staff, support clinical decision-making, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and hospital policies. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care, mentor and precept staff, and contribute to process improvements.
