Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cibolo, TX

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active and valid SLP license for the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, though not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor ongoing progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design effective interventions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student success
• Offer consultation and in-service training to educational teams when appropriate
