Senior HR Generalist | San Antonio, TX

- Broad ownership across employee relations, benefits, policy development, onboarding, and HR operations
- Ability to create scalable HR processes and infrastructure that support future growth

- Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and workplace concerns
- Lead HR compliance efforts, audits, policy development, handbook updates, documentation practices, and personnel records management
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, accommodations, and HRIS data while supporting payroll processes
- Manage onboarding, orientation, performance review programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, strengthen culture, support hiring activities, and drive organizational effectiveness
- 6+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience, with 10+ years preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, compliance, benefits administration, and HR best practices
- Experience conducting HR audits, maintaining compliant documentation, and developing policies and procedures
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- SPHR certification strongly preferred (PHR or SHRM-SCP also considered)
- Construction, skilled trades, or project-based industry experience
- Experience building HR infrastructure or supporting a growing organization through process improvements
