Team Member, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Job Description

Job Summary:

The production team member is responsible for operating large-scale manufacturing equipment within various departments in accordance with company standards and operating procedures. He/she will be responsible for producing quality materials necessary to manufacture automatic transmissions and transmission accessories.

Knowledge and Skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts on a monthly rotating schedule
• Ability to learn and follow rules and procedures
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment is a plus
• Math skills-Basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements is a plus
• Mechanical-General knowledge of machines, tools and measurement instruments is a plus
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
