Oil & Gas Shop Hands - Equipment Teardown & Repair - Cibolo, TX

This company is seeking Shop Hands to join their oil & gas equipment teardown and repair team in Cibolo, Texas. The role involves supporting the service team with pressure control equipment, including teardown, cleaning, rebuilding, and repair tasks. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to work in a warehouse environment with some outdoor exposure. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Mechanically inclined; experience with pressure control equipment preferred
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Use of safety equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toed shoes/boots, gloves, hard hats, and hearing protection
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with some outdoor exposure

• 1 year’s equipment repair experience preferred
