Job Summary: The Logistics Team Member supports plant operations by receiving raw materials, storing and maintaining inventory, supplying parts to assembly using Just‑in‑Time (JIT) methods, moving finished goods within the plant, and preparing shipments to customers. This role is responsible for accurate material handling, safe equipment operation, and following standardized work procedures to support safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

• Safely receive, move, sort, store, and ship materials, parts, and finished goods to support plant operations
• Use hand scanners, pick lists, and warehouse systems to accurately select, track, and process materials
• Load and unload materials and trucks safely using mobile equipment, including forklifts, as trained and certified
• Deliver parts and materials to the appropriate areas while meeting quality, accuracy, and cycle time expectations
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures in daily tasks
• Support order preparation and material flow to help meet production and customer shipping requirements
• Maintain accurate material handling and inventory processes through proper scanning and storage practices
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with company standards
• Work effectively with team members and communicate clearly to support a positive and productive work environment
