St. Paul Evangelical Church was founded in 1876, tracing our roots back to the conservative German Reformed tradition, prevalent in the area at that time. St. Paul is located in Cibolo, Texas which is a suburb of San Antonio/New Braunfels and is along the rapidly growing Interstate-35 corridor. Cibolo is a community of 35,109.We are members of the EA (Evangelical Association of Reformed and Congregational Christian Churches).
We are prayerfully seeking a faithful seminary-trained pastor who will lead and shepherd the congregation. Through prayer and discernment, we are seeking a pastor to help revitalize our congregation, lead us with compassion, provide visitation and communion for the homebound, and foster a community of worship, fellowship, and discipleship where we can serve God’s kingdom using our talents and testimonies.
Our congregation of 130 members reflects a blend of young growing families, retirees, and many life-time members. We value biblical preaching, relational leadership, doctrinal faithfulness, and a spirit of unity. We are financially stable and hopeful about the future.
