Barricade Setter / Traffic Control Flagger
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: USD 16 - USD 16.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities- Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
- Communicating with your partner to keep everyone safe
- Controlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddles
- Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
- Assisting Field Supervisors in job setups and pick‑ups
- Assisting as a flagger on flagging projects
- Assisting in the cleanup of the yard and warehouse
- Following instructions and directions
- Communicating effectively with the Supervisor
- Using basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill, etc.
- Showing up to work on time and ready
- Assisting in continuous development and guidance to grow into a long‑term career
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to stand 8–12 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs
- Can work in all types of weather and in traffic
- Passing pre‑employment screening including a drug test
