Barricade Setter​/Traffic Control Flagger

Job Description

This role is fast-paced and requires continuous attention to detail. The work is performed in low and high traffic areas exposed to the elements.

• Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
• Communicating with your partner to keep everyone safe
• Controlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddles
• Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
• Receiving continuous development and guidance to turn an entry level opportunity into a long-term career
• Assisting Field Supervisors in job setups and pick-ups
• Assisting as a flagger on Flagging projects
• Assisting in the cleanup of the Yard and Warehouse

• Able to follow instructions and directions.
• Able to communicate effectively with the Supervisor in turn.
• Able to work with basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill, etc.
• Able to show up to work on time and ready

• Valid driver's license required for this role
• Able to stand 8-12 hours a day
• Lifting 50-60 lbs
• Working in all types of weather, and in traffic
• Able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test

• Full time, $16.00 - $16.75/hour
