Manager Financial Reporting

• Hybrid work environment with flexibility
• High-visibility role partnering with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR, and business unit CFOs
• Broad exposure to SEC reporting, investor communications, technical accounting, and executive leadership teams
• Play a critical role in implementing new accounting standards and shaping company-wide accounting policies
• Strong culture focused on coaching, mentorship, professional development, and continuous learning

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• Oversee Form 11-K reporting and pension plan financial statement audits
• Manage technical accounting research, policy development, and accounting memos
• Supervise financial reporting staff and provide leadership to the offshore Lease COE team
• Support quarterly earnings materials in partnership with Investor Relations
• Coordinate with external auditors and oversee XBRL reporting requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 6+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
• Public company SEC reporting experience, ideally combined with public accounting background
• Experience with Workiva and/or One Stream preferred
