About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well-established organization with multiple offices across the Chicagoland area. They are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Branch Administrator to join their team and support daily office, accounting, and administrative operations. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start.

Job Description:

The Branch Administrator will serve as the central point of contact for the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This individual will provide administrative support across accounting, HR, and office functions, while also managing front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors and answering phones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office management, including supplies and general administrative support
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and billing
  • Support HR-related functions, including onboarding paperwork and maintaining confidential records
  • Coordinate with payroll on seasonal employee hours and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate documentation, often in paper-based systems
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and various departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of office administration or general office management experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment and handling confidential information
  • Prior experience with payroll, billing, or HR paperwork preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Business professional attire required
