• Ensure the parking lot is well‑kept and the cart area is ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and provide a great member experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Stand for long periods of time and work in all weather conditions.
• Problem‑solve obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
• Follow safety procedures, conduct sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Use appropriate equipment to retrieve carts and flatbeds, and organize merchandise.

• Customer Service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
