- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess the educational needs of patients.
- Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to our team on effective teaching strategies and techniques for special needs patients.
- Facilitate training sessions for healthcare staff on special education topics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Advocate for patients' educational rights and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and education.
- Stay up to date on the latest research and developments in special education and healthcare, and incorporate these into practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher.
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Excellent knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of the unique educational needs of patients in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for patients' educational rights and needs.
- Commitment to staying informed about the latest research and developments in special education and healthcare.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to adapt and adjust educational strategies as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
