- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of automotive systems engineering, requirements engineering, or validation experience.
- Experience developing and managing system and software requirements for automotive products, ECUs, controllers, or vehicle functions.
- Strong understanding of requirements traceability, verification, validation, and change management processes.
- Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS, DOORS DNG, Jama, or comparable requirements management tools.
- Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, vehicle diagnostics, and automotive communication architectures.
- Experience supporting system integration testing, HIL/SIL validation, and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with UML, SysML, Enterprise Architect, Magic Draw, or related modeling tools.
