Ready to make a measurable impact on operational performance and profitability? We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive continuous improvement, optimize production, and strengthen margins at a meat or poultry processing facility.
What You’ll Do:- Lead Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
- Identify opportunities to improve yields, labor efficiency, production flow, and overall profitability.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to drive process improvements and capital projects.
- Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and present improvement strategies to senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing best practices while maintaining safety, quality, and service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Required:
Experience in a meat or poultry processing facility. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and hands-on Lean implementation experience.
- Experience with process engineering, time and motion studies, project management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD, and SQL.
- Proven ability to influence teams and deliver measurable operational and financial results.
