Founding Tax Lead

(REMOTE) Founding Tax Lead w/ Equity w/ Immediate Equity + $150K-$200K

We are working with a well-funded tax technology company that has developed an API-first, IRS-authorized e-filing platform and is building out its Chicago presence. They’re looking for a CPA-licensed tax professional to join as a Founding Tax Lead
, working alongside company leadership to help shape and scale the platform.

This will be a Remote Opportunity with the expectation to travel to Chicago once a month for team and client meetings. This isn't for someone looking for another traditional CPA firm role. It's for a tax professional who wants equity, influence, and the opportunity to help build something from the ground up!!!

Ideal Background

• Active CPA license
• 5-15 years of public accounting experience
• 1040 and HNW tax experience is a required
• S-Corp, Partnership/Pass-Through, and Corporate Tax experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel alongside the Co-Founder as needed
